The Catholic Clothing Guild - founded in 1886

The Catholic clothing guild are a charity who supply NEW clothing for those through unfortunate circumstances are unable to provide for themselves and their families.

Anyone can become a member by undertaking to give two articles of new clothing or comparable money donation and a subscription of £2 annually.

Clothing is then distributed to Societies and Organisations whose work is concerned with the relief of the poor, the needy, the aged and the chronically ill and to families and individuals recommended by such societies and other reliable sources.
