CHRISTMAS DRAW TICKETS FOR THE PATRONAL FEAST: Just a reminder that sold Christmas draw ticket counterfoils can be put in an envelope with the money and placed in the Sunday Mass collection basket or left at the parish office. The draw will happen after the 7:30pm Mass on the Patronal feast of Our Lady Immaculate Church on Monday 9th December in the Parish Hall with refreshments provided. More books are available at the back of the churches. Please come and join in with the celebrations.

JOINT CAROL CONCERT IN ST AUGUSTINE'S CHURCH: With our joint Christian communities and Fr Martin on the 8th December at 3:30pm All are very welcome to attend.

CAN YOU PLAY THE PIANO, ORGAN OR an you play the piano, organ or guitar? The St Augustines music group are looking for a pianist or guitarist to accompany and support with music and worship over the Advent and Christmas period and beyond. Contact Leighton or the parish office for further details.

CHORAL CONCERT EVENING AT BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH: With the Boreham Ladies Choir on Friday 13th December at 7:30pm. Tickets cost £5 and are available on at the door. Raffle tickets on sale, Refreshments available. All proceeds to Blessed Sacrament Hall Refurbishment Fund. Everyone Welcome and all donations gratefully received.

A DAY OF ADORATION 9th DECEMBER IN OUR LADY IMMACULATE CHURCH:
8am - 7pm, All are welcome to attend at any time. There will be celebration refreshments in the hall after the Patronal Feast Mass at 7:30pm in Our Lady Immaculate Church on the 9th December. All welcome.

MASS IN PORTUGUESE:
There will be a Mass for the Advent season only 3pm Mass in Holy Name on Sunday 15th December. All welcome to share refreshments together in the Hall after the Mass.

THANK YOU FROM THE INNES FAMILY:
Thank you to all for your help and generosity with Bill's funeral, especially those who helped in the Church and hall, and for all your kindness and Mass cards for Bill. It is so appreciated by all the family.

CAFOD MINCE PIES AND MULLED WINE: will be served at Holy Name Church after the 9.30am Mass this Thursday, 12th December for donations in aid of CAFOD. All are welcome.

RORATE CAELI MASS IN OUR LADY IMMACULATE: Friday 20th December at 7:30am with Breakfast and refreshments in the Hall after. The Rorate Caeli Mass is a traditional Advent devotion where the Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary for Advent is offered just before dawn. The interplay of light and darkness speak to the meaning of Advent and the coming of the Light of the world. All very welcome to attend.

JOURNEY TOGETHER THROUGH ADVENT: The Canonesses of the Holy Sepulchre are offering 4 zoomed Advent Reflections at 5.30 on each of the four Sundays of Advent. Everyone is welcome - the link is https://tinyurl.com/2t83x2zh. This link can also be found on our website www.canonesses.co.uk

CHILDREN AT HOLY NAME ON CHRISTMAS EVE: Carols 5pm Vigil Mass 5.30pm: All children are welcome to dress up in a Nativity costume and take part in our Christmas Eve Mass. All costumes are provided. Please arrive before 5pm and come through the church to the Cannon Wilson Hall to collect a costume. If you would like any further information or if you know in advance that your child would like to take part, please email Claire at c.irven@talk21.com with your child's first name and age to help us to get the costumes ready. Thank you in advance for your support.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP IN BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH: 7pm-8pm on Wednesday 11th December. All very welcome to attend.

PLEASE NOTE: The Parish office is closed on Monday the 9th of December.

CAROL SINGING AT MOULSHAM LODGE SHOPS – WEDNESDAY 18th DECEMBER: All singers and musicians are welcome to join our sisters and brothers from St Luke’s and the Moulsham Lodge Methodist Churches, spreading some Christian joy at this special time of year. Meeting at St Luke’s at 3.30pm, we’ll then head to the shops for 3.45pm and then sing carols until 5pm at the latest.
If you’d like to join in, please let Sarah Hiom know (07771 786184) so that we can give an indication of numbers – thank you.

CHRISTMAS MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday 19th December at 18:30 at the Three Counties Crematorium Chapel CM7 5PB. Please join us to remember those who have passed away and take time to reflect on the memories we all hold. Refreshments available. For more information see the posters in Church.

DAY OF MERCY: There will be a day of Mercy on Wednesday 18th December in Our Lady Immaculate with confessions available in the Church from 10am-6pm.

BAPTISMS THIS WEEK: We pray for and welcome James. Kayden and Tobenna as the newest members of our Catholic community.

HOSPITAL AND SICK VISITS: If you or a member of your family go into hospital, or are sick and housebound, please inform the Parish Office so a priest or the Legion of Mary can visit you.

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAVE DIED RECENTLY AND ALL FAMILIES WHO MOURN.
