RENEWAL OF MARRIAGE VOWS MASS: To celebrate National Marriage Week, we are inviting parishioners from across our three linked Parishes to attend the 6pm Mass on Saturday 15th February at Holy Name and renew their marriage vows. We hope people will see this as an occasion to invite family and friends. All are welcome, whether they have been married a few years or several decades.

ST AUGUSTINES PRESBYTERY GROUP HELP NEEDED: Parishioners working on the future of St Augustine's presbytery would appreciate a small amount of time from a parishioner with expertise of the rental sector of the local housing market. Please call Steve Webb on 07718 271229.

SVP CHELMSFORD COFFEE MORNING TODAY IN OLI: Sunday 9th February in Our Lady Immaculate Church Hall. We will be serving coffee, tea and soft drinks, as well as delicious home- baked cakes and sausage rolls after 9.00 am and 12.00 am masses. All are warmly welcome.

BRENTWOOD CATHOLIC YOUTH SERVICE: - Summer Lourdes Pilgrimage, 19th – 26th July 2025 Open to anyone in school year 10 and above. Join the BCYS for our annual pilgrimage to Lourdes, supporting the adult pilgrimage in a week of prayer, service and fun! All details can be found at www.bcys.net/events. KNIGHTS ANNUAL DINNER: The Knights of St. Columba are holding our Annual Dinner on Thursday, April 3rd, at the highly regarded Blue Strawberry. Marriage Alpha: We are still open for new entries for the Alpha course, either on line or in person. We are still looking for helpers in catering and housekeeping and on the technical side. Please let the Parish Office know

ST PATRICKS QUIZ AT ST JOHN PAYNE: The Knights of St. Columba (in collaboration with the Catenians) is raising money for sports kit for the girls football team at St John Payne. We will be holding a Quiz (with an Irish tinge) on Saturday, 15th March at St. John Payne at 19.30 (please arrive from 19.15). £7.50 per person / £40 per team (max 6). Bring your own refreshments. WALSINGHAM HOUSE TEAM 25/26: Applications are now open for the volunteer retreat team at Walsingham House. If you are in Yr13 or finishing university and enjoy working with young people, then a year on the retreat team could be the perfect next step. Live and work as part of a young Catholic Christian community, sharing your faith and helping to run retreats for the young people of Brentwood diocese. INTER FAITH DIALOGUE: Join Cardinal Michael Fitzgerald as he reflects on 60 years since Nostra Aetate and his work in interfaith relations. The talk takes place on Saturday, 22nd February, at 11 AM at Christ the Eternal High Priest, Gidea Park (RM2 6DH). Entry is free, refreshments available from 10:30 AM. Please bring a packed lunch. SECONDARY SCHOOL LINK ADVISER: The Diocese of Brentwood is seeking to appoint a Secondary School Link Adviser who is a practising Catholic, to support the Diocesan Board of Education. This is likely to be a part-time post of either 3 or 4 days a week, however, consideration will also be given to applicants who are seeking a full-time opportunity.
