Itinerary: Jubilee Pilgrimage to Rome

24^th – 28^th November 2025

Day One – Monday 24^th November 2025

Flight from Stansted to Rome where we will meet our bus and be driven into Rome to break for a late lunch. After lunch we will visit the Catacombs where we learn about the lives of the early Christians and we conclude our day with Mass here. We will then be taken to our accommodation in central Rome. After checking in we will go for our evening meal.

Day two – Tuesday, 25^th November 2025

After breakfast we leave the hotel for a whole day tour of Rome. We begin our day at St Peter’s Basilica where we celebrate Mass. We have a guided tour before a break for lunch. After lunch we re-join the bus to drive to St John Lateran, the Cathedral of the city of Rome and the Church of St Maria Maggiore for guided tours of these major Basilicas before returning to our hotel. Evening meal and overnight accommodation.

Day three – Wednesday, 26^th November 2025

After breakfast the group makes its own way to St Peter’s for the Papal Audience (depending on the Papal schedule). We will provide you with tickets. After the audience the group is free for lunch and the rest of the afternoon. You may wish to climb to the top of the Dome of St Peter’s or visit the Vatican Museum. We reconvene for our evening meal. Our overnight accommodation is in our hotel.

Day four – Thursday, 27^th November 2025

After breakfast we visit the church of San Clemente where we tour the church and celebrate Mass. We then walk the short distance to the Colosseum to have a guided tour of this ancient monument. After a break for lunch we visit the English College for a short tour and prayer in the chapel. Evening meal and overnight accommodation.

Day five – Friday, 28^th November 2025

After breakfast we check out of our hotel and travel to the last of the four major basilicas of Rome, the Basilica of St Pauls Outside the Walls. We will have a tour and celebrate our final Mass. We break for lunch and then drive to the airport for our return flight to UK.

Price: £1,360 per person sharing a twin/double room on a half board basis.

Single rooms are available at a supplement of £195.

Price includes return airfare, accommodation as detailed in the itinerary, all transport whilst in Italy, services of a professional guide, gratuities and all entrance fees. Price does not include lunches, drinks or items of a personal nature.
